Reminder: ISO 639-3 changes are coming

Doug, sorry, we discussed the request in August but I mistakenly thought the variant requests were on hold till the change went through--but reviewing the files I see that such a hold was not necessary as we had prefix subtag and were just changing its name/description not the subtag itself!Although these variant subtags are not yet available using Richard Ishida's search utility, I just found them all in Stephane's xml version of the registry (http://www.langtag.net/registries/language-subtag-registry.xml; but downloads too slowly--I wish they were in Richard Ishida's tool--seems we've had this discussion already though).Best, C.
