In your capacity as Language Subtag Reviewer, you are not a free agent; you
are required to operate under the rules set down in BCP 47, which means
making some minimal effort to be polite and responsive.

Addison said that there were three choices; since aren't doing any of the
first two, it is a reasonable inference that you are doing the third. You
owe more of a response than "incorrect"; if his reasoning is not correct,
you need to say why.
