In your capacity as Language Subtag Reviewer, you are not a free agent; you are required to operate under the rules set down in BCP 47, which means making some minimal effort to be polite and responsive.<br><br>Addison said that there were three choices; since aren't doing any of the first two, it is a reasonable inference that you are doing the third. You owe more of a response than "incorrect"; if his reasoning is not correct, you need to say why.<br>
