Hi, there's an error in my last posting.
It's plain text in ansi or ascii format I support, although people can offer the registry at their site in any format they want I guess.

Sorry, I'd probably prefer to have plain text files available as either ansi or ascii.  There's no reason to have plain text utf-8 files if we have xml utf-8 files, no reason I can think of anyway.
