LANGUAGE SUBTAG REGISTRATION FORM: pinyin

Hi, this is to correct my previous post. I guess we can wait for the subtag [cmn] to become available if the two subtags requested by Mark Davis are intended to be used exclusively to indicate Romanizations of that one specific variety (Mandarin).  (Sorry--I'd not read quite all the discussion when I last posted) Otherwise I think we should register the [zh-Latn] prefix now. And in any case, I still think that [Latn] needs to be part of the prefix.--C. E. Whiteheadcewcathar at hotmail.com
