Proposal for a subtag registration (fr-2004-ORTOGRAF or fr-ortograf ?)

Hi -

Some of the materials exhibit more than just a simplified (more
phonemic) orthography.  They also exhibit a style characterized
by extreme clarity and a limited vocabulary.  So much so, that
I, with a limited command of French, found them surprisingly
easy to read and comprehend.

In discussing a potential "family" of fr-ortograf subtags, is the
intent to characterize them solely by the spelling system in use,
or do the use of limited vocabulary and avoidance of complex
constructs also factor in for their planned uses?
