policy wrt politics (was RE: be-tarask language subtag registration form)

I am satisfied with the identification of the language intended to be 
represented by the subtag, and with the need for the subtag, and with 
the reference that denotes the orthography. As far as I am concerned 
it can be approved.

I still prefer tarash or taraskh to tarask. Please express your 
preferences. Do not use "plus-one" notation.
