ADMIN: Mendez

As list administrator, I have noted that Eduardo Mendez has not denied
being Jefsey Morfin. Nor have I found any indication that there exists
an identity that uses this email address outside of the langtags discussion.

If a situation arises where either identity shows behaviour that causes
me to suspend his posting privilleges, and there's no new facts on the
table, I'll suspend both.
