Is there a subtag for 'plain English' or 'simplified English'

The specific application is legal documents that exist in two forms,
technical and plain-English (as required by "plain English" statutes,
which prescribe equivalences between plain-English terms and legal-technical
ones.  The difficulty is that there are a lot of such statutes,
particulary in the U.S. with its fifty-one jurisdictions.
