language question re: IDNs

Just a quick remark on the following sentence quoted from the below message:

A lot of visual confusion may still exist within the same script such as the case of the 'Arabic Script' where some letters are confusingly similar and sometimes only in certain positions/places (initial, middle, last) in words ..

I received the following interesting query from the "European Registry 
of Internet Domain Names".

I had not heard the term "homoglyph bundling" before. Where does it 
come from?
