Follow-up to Monday's discussion of digits

I must say that I do not understand all these kinds of linguistic 
discussions and consider they are a major layer violation between 
information (scripts) and semantic (language) stratas. Moreover one 
cannot regulate the Internet, one can only build it in a way it 
self-regulates well/poorly and resists more/less to attacks.

This can only be obtained in designing robust protocols that cannot 
work if not kept reticularly coherent, i.e. which are _not_ 
constrained. This way, what can be changed to use them 
differently/malevolently is architectural (hence operability level); 
not locally to the protocol in tuning its options and violating its 
constraints (i.e. at interoperability and zone level).

For reasons, we accepted at the begining, this is not the IDNA's 
case. So, our only target in order to hope some operational fiability 
is to reduce the incitations to hack IDNA in removing the maximum of 
hackable limitations. Not adding them. This will also simplify and 
speed up its futher interoperablity with more robust implementations 
(because more architecturally/structurally constrained).
