I consider any domain name in a "domain name slot" to be subject of this 
specification, whether it is in the QNAME of a DNS query, a registration 
at a domain name's registry database, or the host portion of the URI in 
the src attribute of an HTML <IMG> tag

Maybe we should agree on that scope first?
