Once upon a time, we had a MAYBE category, but that is since long time  
gone. This is one of the examples where I wanted such a category.

Now we have to do The Right Thing.

Proposal:

1. Join_Control is CONTEXTJ
2. (Rest of) Cf is DISALLOWED
3. The rest is like in -05, i.e. my last proposed change is rejected

Let me do a test on that.
