Deprecated characters?

Intuitively, anything that was okay in IDNA2003 should 
stay okay even if it was later deprecated, unless there
is a clear IDNA200x reason to do something else.

If there is a PVALID character introduced after IDNA2003
and deprecated before IDNA200x you could eliminate it as 
unnecessary trouble.  But we don't need to worry about it
if this set is empty.  Maybe a matter of timing, what is
next in queue, Unicode 5.2 or IDNA200x ?
