presented value with an attribute of type
CertificatePair.
It uniquely selects a single cross-certificate pair.
This matching rule returns TRUE if the components that are presented in the forwardAssertion and reverseAssertion components of the presented value match the corresponding components of the forward and reverse components respectively, in the stored attribute value.
