Sounds good. To whom do they report the anomalies?

As with most things in the document, the liaison first reports the
anomaly to the NOMCOM Chair. If it can not be successfully resolved
between them, the liaison reports the alleged issue to the body they
represent. If that body agrees there is an issue then the liaison
reports it according to the dispute resolution process:

1. Written notice to ISOC President
2. Appointment of arbiter by ISOC President
3. Investigation by arbiter (considered in-the-fold of the NOMCOM and
the confidentiality requirements so complete cooperation is expected)
4. Decision by arbiter - final, no appeal
5. Summary report that does not violate confidentiality is prepared by
arbiter and included by NOMCOM Chair in their report when the NOMCOM
   job is completed.

The NOMCOM continues its duties during all of this with one exception:
it may not submit candidates to a confirming body.
