Jonne,

rather than keeping us guessing about what you mean by "real" minutes - 
could you provide us with a pointer to the minutes of a decision-making 
body that qualify as "real" by your thinking?

at the moment I don't care if it's the Girl Scouts cookie quality control 
committee - but I think one example is worth a thousand descriptions in 
this case.
