Process document?

Apologies for the lateness.
And thank you for calling us on it.  Really, I mean that.

It is almost ready for -00 release and I am very much hoping
(and pushing) for it to come out in the next few days.
There is a serious attempt being made to get the language
right (not that any editor(s) can every really succeed) and
to refrain from solutionism - which is harder then I ever
imagined.

This note gives me the opportunity to remind everyone that
though, or perhaps especially, because this is the product
of an editing team, it is just the first draft and the
comments of all IETF participants will be solicited and
graciously accepted.
