How about this: we should discuss, not present.  For
priming the discussion, a slide or two may be needed.
However, focus should be on: what has changed in the
document and what are the open issues.  Majority
of time should be spent resolving the open issues.

This, of course, is the basic strategy in the Transport
Area.
