At my working group, a first-timer asked me if the IETF is
always so rude.  He had never seen such behavior at a professional
meeting before.  As I thought about it, I had to agree with him.
At various points, people walked up to the mic & cut-off the
speaker in the middle of the sentence, challenged the speaker
on his programming ability, etc.

However, I think that as the WG chair, keeping the WG civil
is probably my responsibility, so perhaps I did not do my
job.
