i am not sure and rfced note causes delay.

hmmm. when we started the data-tracker project 2+ years ago, it
was meant as automation of the iesg admin process. so it is
starting to do a pretty good job of telling me what's on my various
plates.
but i can guess it does not meet others' needs as well as it might.
this is probably not the appropriate list, but some feedback into
the d-t project so it better meets the needs of the wgs, authors,
etc. would be cool.
