Agreed, I was thinking in terms of this:

  If a WG needs an interim meeting, then there should be an
  effort to co-ordinate with other WGs have common interim
  meetings.  ADs could also lend a hand, and, for example,
  suggest other WGs to meet at the same to in order to help
  co-ordinate work.

This would aid in another area, that some folks have brought up,
that WGs often don't do much co-ordination of work.  Some
face-to-face time together could aid that.
