[Old-standards] moving right along... mailing lists, anyone?

I've updated the web page to indicate what's left.  I think we still 
need to find more mailing lists and such.  I'd also like Bert to review 
MIBs (there are a bunch of them) if he can find some time.

I'll begin work on an internet draft and hopefully have something this week.
