I've updated my database to include RFCs.  The UI is ugly since
it assumes it only has drafts, so it says things like
"draft rfc1618-" but the data is there.

try entering the same "rfcxxxx" in both boxes.  (You don't
want to put "rfc2119" in the second box, though ;-) )
