Review requested for SCVP media types

How about changing the "Applications that use this media type" lines to 
read as follows for each of the media types:

A.1 application/scvp-cv-request:  SCVP clients sending certificate 
validation requests

A.2 application/scvp-cv-response:  SCVP servers responding to 
certificate validation requests

A.3 application/scvp-vp-request:  SCVP clients sending validation policy 
requests

A.4 application/scvp-vp-response:  SCVP servers responding to validation 
policy requests
