The page http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types-parameters has a table
of "Access Types".  That table is out of date and inaccurate.

The page http://www.iana.org/assignments/access-types has a mostly correct
list.  The references to RFC2048 actually should be to RFC2046.

I would propose removing the table on the media-types-parameters page and
putting an explicit link to the access-types page.
