video/vnd.avi and audio/vnd.wave media types

Hi,

  It seems http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/video/ and
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/audio/ lack the types
for which RFC 2361 established the codec registry, video/vnd.avi
and audio/vnd.wave. I think they should be added with reference to
RFC 2361 (http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2361.txt).
