Revised registration forms for 'or' and 'ory'. In addition to fixing the
bug John spotted, I added the subtag values being distinguished from, to
try to reduce confusion. No change to the review period per Section 3.5.

LANGUAGE SUBTAG REGISTRATION FORM

1. Name of requester: Doug Ewell
2. E-mail address of requester: doug at ewellic.org

3. Record Requested:

Type: language
Subtag: ory
Description: Odia (individual language)

6. Any other relevant information:

This registration tracks a change made to ISO 639-3 effective
2016-01-15, adding "Odia" as the reference name for 'ory' and retaining
"Oriya (individual language)" as an additional name. The note
"(individual language)" was added to "Odia" to distinguish this item
from the macrolanguage Odia ('or') at the Description level.

This name change does not affect the existing macrolanguage association
with Oriya ('or').
