Thanks for the quick response. Below are the proposed records and 
registration forms for 'or' and 'ory'.

With these updates, all 160 forms required to update the Registry based 
on 639-3 changes are complete and posted, and it seems reasonable to set 
the review period for all of them to end Sunday, May 29. Of course, if 
any changes are required as a result of everyone's helpful and important 
reviewing activities, the review period for those changes might need to 
be adjusted.

This registration tracks a change made to ISO 639-3 effective
2016-01-15, adding "Odia" as the reference name for 'ory' and retaining
"Oriya (individual language)" as an additional name. The note
"(individual language)" was added to "Odia" to distinguish this item
from the macrolanguage Odia at the Description level.

This name change does not affect the existing macrolanguage association
with Oriya ('or').
