No? How many language tags have any stability? It's not clear to me
from the definition whether en-GB-oed has any stability, given that it
is "English, Oxford English Dictionary spelling", not OED2.

Lawsuits about what? Even in the worst case (and I don't know what
that would be for us), it doesn't affect the use of this orthography
in Portugal.
