Registration request for new subtags for Portuguese orthographies

I thought the criterion was a desire to be able to tag variations.  Not trying to argue whether this particular case is stable or not, but it does seem to have people that are interested in representing either.

Even if it doesn't take traction, someone may still be interested in tagging documents that conformed to this orthography.  (Like, for example, the word list itself).
