A bit repetitive, I think.

I think section 5 should be:

"Omitted. There are various ways, and levels, of simplification of
languages. None are specifically referred to here."

(This avoids "schemes", there is no requirement to (use a) formulate(d)
(a) scheme (even if that might be helpful), as well as avoiding "many",
as opposed to (just about) "all".)
