status of pending requests

Are the changes noted below sufficient or does the entire record need reposted or something?

I'm a little confused, I missed discussion of the change of the description, did I miss a thread?

Do these changes for ao1990 mean that the review period for this request is extended again? If so, is the extension 7 days from the previous extension end date (implying May 2) or from today (implying May 5)?
