OK, so the Prefix should be "en" and not "en-GB".

What should be the Preferred-Value for the deprecated tag "en-GB-oed"? Should it be "en-oxendict" or "en-GB-oxendict"?

I don't think we necessarily want the Prefix for 'oxendict' to be "en-GB" since non-British English usage could still employ OED spellings.

I employ OED spellings but am not a speaker of British English. And the spelling can certainly be used in IE.
