Hi, once more (yes Doug was right; the files at http://www-01.sil.org/iso639-3/iso-639-3_Name_Index.tab are no trouble to download).
I have a question on 'pnl'.

Should not you also say, "See also 'wbf'"?
At http://www-01.sil.org/iso639-3/cr_files/2012-071.pdf
It says:

"Formerly considered to be a dialect of Wara [wbf], was determined to be a distinct
language after survey in 1994 and 1996. See
following extracts:
P.1: 1. General Information, 1.1 Name of the language and linguistic classification, The
native speakers of Wara
give the following names to their language:
• [sãmúe] at Niansogoni, Néguéni, Outourou, Sourani and Klani;
• [pál
n
] at Faniagara.
The speakers of Paléni are the Palaba. The speakers of Samué are the Sama"

(Hope at least that this one suggestion is useful!)

Best,
