Serbian content should be tagged as Serbian (with a variant subtag for
dialect, iff appropriate), Croatian content should be tagged as
Croatian, Bosnian content as Bosnian, and so forth.

Whether Wikipedia classifies Croatian as a Serbo-Croatian language is
immaterial.
