'MK' in the Registry is "The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia," the
uninverted form of the ISO 3166-1 short name.  As Frank knows, the
controversy between that nation and Greece over the use of the word
"Macedonia" is broad and deep.  Rather than attempt to summarize it
here, the interested reader is directed to the Wikipedia article
"Macedonia naming dispute" for further enlightenment.
