ISO 639-2 adds "Mong" as additional name for 'hmn'

It has been a busy month or two for the core standards bodies. As of
Monday, ISO 639-2/RA has added the name "Mong" for code element 'hmn',
alongside the existing name "Hmong." This is currently reflected on the
RA's change page and HTML code lists, though not in their text files. A
record and registration form to add a new, secondary Description field
in the Registry will be forthcoming.
