Variant subtag proposals for Romansh

The seven new variant subtags and one modified language subtag for 
Romansh have been submitted to IANA as per BCP 47, and have been added 
to the Language Subtag Registry.  The updated Registry is now available 
at the usual location, 
http://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry .
