Mismatch between ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3

  I have a copy of ISO-639-2_utf-8.txt, dated 2007-11-26, that reads:

	scc|srp|sr|Serbian|serbe
	scr|hrv|hr|Croatian|croate

thus contrasting with the version of that file currently available
(2009-11-03), where the two B codes aren't mentioned any more.
