 From the point of localization, I don't see the need for a 
"nn-official" subtag. Official Nynorsk contains a lot of variation, 
whereas 'nn-hognorsk' (proposed) has a stricter codification. So 
'nn-official' wouldn't help much to understand what kind of 'nn' it is. 
With the frequent changes in what is official, it would be difficult to 
define, too. So I guess "the big 'nn' box" will be sufficient for 
official Nynorsk.
