In Czech, the name spelling depends on the case and the use in the
sentence. It has meaning. It is not a transcription.

Even just adding "ova" to the name adds semantics by indicating the person
is female. In Czech, I can be Karena, Kareno, Karenem, Karenovi, etc.

For Pierre Desjardins to get the right thing done with his name in Czech
and other languages, the programming logic needs to know his name is a
name.

Therefore <name>Pierre Desjardins</name> should be the best markup for that
text when encompassed by a lang tag applied to the document body.
