I don't understand.  Are you asking for "Mauritian Creole"
to be added as a new Description?  The existing 639-3 name,
and *a fortiori* the existing entry in the draft registry at
http://www.ewellic.org/lstreg-4646bis-draft-07.txt ,
is indeed "Morisyen".
