Questions on ISO 639-3

With all due respect, Addison, what you say below is NOT what Sony's 
Karen actually said, although it is closer to the truth: the truth being 
that Scotland is a country wholly enclosed within the UK and Ireland a 
country partially enclosed within the UK and that, although it suits 
639's current architects to ignore such facts as that both those 
countries are among countries older than the UK or the USA 
inconvenienced by 639 and 3166, there remain many such problems with 639 
and 3166, which rearranging the deckchairs on such lists as this one 
will not fix.
