Hi, sorry I said 'grandfathered,' adding a second prefix would be fine from my point of view; we could also add a comment about the reasons behind the original [zh] prefix.  (That's always possible to do, as I understand things.)

It's good that it's not our decision here--from my point of view (although I know little, little, about the Chinese language).
