acade - LANGUAGE SUBTAG REGISTRATION FORM

Is there a name of a person who could be credited with documenting this reform?  The educational body that developed the reform? I don't see a terribly obvious alternative, but I don't like "acade" much.  - Karen

Do you have any other suggestions? It doesn't matter much what we call it as long as it is meaningful and not offensive, so take your pick.
