Thanks for info, one of the rare cases where I updated my
XML version <http://purl.net/xyzzy/home/ltru> in time.

Stéphane's cron job is smarter, but apparently using an
older DTD with <extlang> instead of <macrolanguage>,
which now might be <scope> or similar for 4646bis.  For
RFC 4646 registries that is of course irrelevant, valid
XML => all idrefs okay.
