Recent changes to ISO 639

Here are the proposed revised records and registration forms to reflect 
the recent changes in ISO 639-2 and 15924.  Please send all comments to 
the list by 2008-08-17 22:00 UTC.  Note the following in particular:

1. All of these are changes to Description fields, stemming from ISO 
name changes, and none has any Suppress-Script implications.

2. In the case of names deleted in the ISO standard, we may (at our 
option) choose to keep the deleted name in the LSR.
