etc.  with additional evidence for the Latin/Roman script, called "Romi" 
for some reason.

I agree with John Cowan that the bar should be lower to prove that a 
script is *not* overwhelmingly used to write a given language than to 
prove that it is.  This is enough evidence for me to support removal of 
the S-S for Konkani.
