Initially it planned to do so, then it was a discussion at
http://community.livejournal.com/by_mova/195062.html (please, note:
it was before Wikipedia scandal, this request is not related to
Belarusian Wikipedia at all) and the subtag for Taraskievica was
chosen, but for Narkamauka wasn't, because this orthography doesn't
have any neutral title. be-1959, for example, not so suitable because
it shows mainly the year of the revision, but not all Belarusian
titled Narkamauka. Even last year the athorities planned to publish a
new revision of official Belarusian, and if this is so be-1959 will
become deprecated. Therefore it was decided to register be-tarask for
Taraskievica and let the people who need a subtag for Narkamauka to
choose and register it later.
